Copenhagen Bombay is hiring an Animation Production Manager to join our producers and production team. This role requires someone with production knowledge and organizing skills, who thrives in a fun and fast-paced production environment.
Located at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen Bombay is an international media house working with a broad range of projects across multiple platforms. The Production Manager bears responsibility for running the day-to-day production process
through production planning, coordination, trouble-shooting, and maintaining good channels of communication between the production team, clients, directors, and animation teams.
We are looking for an experienced Animation Production Manager to join the Copenhagen Bombay family and help manage the creation of a new international 3D animated TV series.
You probably already know the drill, but here are some of your responsibilities working with us:
- Communicate with the producer(s) and key production personnel daily, regarding production status
- Coordinate the workflow for all supervisors and artists together with the Production Assistants
- Coordinate and facilitate internal communication
- Manage overall schedule to ensure production meets all deadlines
- Keep accurate daily output information of all departments and reinforce deadlines
- Maintain and distribute production schedule with accurate information to upper management and production staff
- Coordinate and supervise freelance production staff
- Coordinate and supervise vendor studios
General requirement would be:
- Excellent scheduling and task management skills
- Project management
- 3D Animation Pipeline knowledge
- Great written and oral communication in English
- Clear understanding of animation production (2D + 3D)
- Any experience with Management software is appreciated – ShotGrid, Ftrack, Office, Slack, Google Suite etc.
