Copenhagen Bombay is hiring an Animation Production Manager to join our producers and production team.

This role requires someone with production knowledge and organizing skills who thrives in a fun and fast-paced production environment. Located at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen Bombay is an international media house working with a broad range of projects across multiple platforms. Original storytelling for children, youth, and families is the foundation of our business. We are looking for an experienced Animation Production Manager to join the Copenhagen Bombay family in the creation of a new 3D series.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Running the day-to-day production process.
• Update and maintain the production plan.
• Trouble-shooting issues in Production and how to solve them.
• Maintain good channels of communication in between the manager/ coordinators, directors, and the team.
• Handling budgets with supervision from the Producer.
• Keep communication with clients and relevant partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
• experience with animation productions 2D or 3D
• experience with medium/ large teams
• Experience of working proactively, with the ability to prioritize work.

SOFTWARE / TECHNOLOGIES:

• Google drive package
• Office package
• Experience with Shotgrid or ftrack is a plus
